Proposta di modifica Testo Unico Bancario At the conference on microcredit, which was held in Rome on June 30, RHYTHMS submit a proposal to amend Art. TUB of 111 - the Banking Act, dedicated to the regulation of traders who specialize in microfinance.
"We look forward to the ongoing legislative process aimed at amending the Banking Law - says Daniele Ciravegna, President of the rhythms.
The proposed changes to the text of Article RHYTHMS. 111, TUB focus on:
- distinction between micro-enterprise and micro-social
- inclusion of cooperation between players eligible for microcredit activities;
- a question of minimum capital requirements to operate.
"Given the size that you are taking micro-credit - said Maria Leddi, Jordan Love Foundation - require action by law."
